History of Strength and Conditioning Science

The first records of force training date back to 3600 BC, when Chinese emperors made their daily subjects years (Webster, 1976). Many respected scientists, athletes; artists became his students, including the famous Fort George Hackenschmidt, who credits Krayevsky to teach him everything he knew. Hackenschmidt mentions in his book how to live some of the strongest men in the world at the time, including Sandow were trained in using the system Krayevsky.

Working Krayevsky and popularity of his students have had a significant effect on weight lifting in Russia. Not only was an acknowledged master, but also produced a lot of lifts bar. He was president of the jury at the first world championships in Vienna in 1898.

Krayevsky wrote two of his most important works in the period 1896-1899. Writings were titled The Catechism of the Health on the rules for athletes and the development of physical force with Kettlebells Kettlebells as outside.
